- 6:00–6:30 PM: Check-in & Registration
- 6:45–7:00 PM: Precinct Meetings (includes elections for Precinct Chairman, Vice-Chair, Secretaries; certification of delegates and alternates; and submission of rosters to the Credentials Committee)
- 7:00–7:10 PM: Call to Order
- 7:10–7:45 PM: Appointment of Parliamentarian, Sergeant-at-Arms, and Timekeeper
- 7:45–8:00 PM: Convention Credentials Committee Report
- 8:00–9:00 PM: Convention Business (includes adoption of Convention Rules and Agenda, State Plan of Organization Update, election of delegates and alternates to the District and State Conventions, Resolutions Committee Report, County Executive Committee Elections, other business, closing remarks, and adjournment)
